Our Policy


Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. No order will be started, nor will a date be confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. Event date may be changed without additional deposit as long as new date is available and the request is made within one week of original event date. Should the need arise; changes to orders MUST be made within 48 hours of paid deposit.

Arrival: Decorating staff will arrive on time onsite  at an agreed upon time. We cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete décor) if not allowed a reasonable amount of time for set up. For MOST set ups, please allow a minimum of one hour for set up. A $25 - $50 fee may be charged if staff is not allowed access to venue more than 15 minutes past the agreed upon time. You may also forfeit your party for a late arrival if the schedule does not allow the decorating staff to wait without being tardy to the next event.

Disposal: Breakdown and haul away services may or may not be included as part of this agreement. Breakdown/Clean up requests must be made at the time of booking; fees may apply. In addition, all embellishments and framework are the property of PUMPED and these items will be collected at the close of the event.

Payments: Cash, Money Order, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, CashApp * Checks will be accepted at our discretion. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing. Remaining balance is due in full 5 days prior to your event.

Accidents: We are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries related to our décor that is caused by mischief or mishandling by client, guests, or site staff. Please DO NOT allow guests to put the latex balloons in their mouths. Please be aware that some people may have severe allergic reactions to latex. These people should refrain from having contact with latex balloons. Please ask about our alternative décor options to suit your needs.

Inclement Weather/ Outdoor Clause: PUMPED shall NOT be responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to perform décor services (strong winds, rain, snow storms, extreme heat or cold). However, if inclement weather prevents installation of agreed upon décor, we will allow your event to be rescheduled up to 120 calendar days from the original event date. We will make every possible effort to ensure our décor and quality meets your expectations, however, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect when used outdoors. We will do our best to provide flexible décor alternatives. It is to be clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage, or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control.

Once final payment has been made, there will be NO REFUNDS (unless previously mentioned circumstances apply). We are not responsible for inclement weather, acts of God, or other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate subsequent date changes to your event.

Cancellation Policy: Please carefully consider cancellation terms before signing and paying your deposit.

In the event of a cancellation, PUMPED retains the right to apply fees as follows:

• For cancellations made within 1 week or less of event date, 100% of your retainer fee will be forfeited.

• Day of event cancellations may incur an additional balance

• Cancellations made after contract signing allow a 0% refund of deposit.

Acceptance: The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted by signing this form. Signing this form authorizes PUMPED to perform the services outline above on the date specified. Signing this form is your official agreement to make payments by deadlines specified above.
